Prenup950’s California prenup package is $950 for one client. It includes a 15-minute attorney consultation, questionnaire review and personalized attorney drafting. A couple’s total cost depends on each partner’s legal representation and any additional work.
What does $950 include?
- A 15-minute attorney consultation. Discuss your wedding date, financial priorities and questions. A virtual option is available.
- Review of your questionnaire. Share financial information, preferences and additional requests for your attorney to consider.
- Personalized drafting. Your attorney prepares your agreement and explains the next review and signing steps.

What can increase the total cost?
The other partner’s lawyer, negotiations, revisions and work beyond the stated package are separate unless your engagement agreement expressly includes them. Ask for the scope and fee in writing before authorizing extra work.
Business interests, several properties, existing agreements, complex compensation or a request involving another jurisdiction may require additional analysis. Tell the attorney about these issues at the beginning so the team can assess whether the package fits.
How should you compare prenup quotes?

Our $950 package covers one client. The other partner should seek independent legal advice. California has specific rules about counsel, written waivers and spousal support provisions; read when independent lawyers matter.
Can we finish immediately?
Fast drafting does not remove California’s review requirements. Allow time for financial disclosure, separate advice and the seven-day signing interval. Tell us your wedding date when you call.
