The Prenup950 package is $950 for one client. It includes a 15-minute attorney consultation, a virtual meeting option, your questionnaire and additional requests, attorney review, and personalized prenup drafting.
What is included?

What can cost extra?
The other partner’s independent lawyer, negotiations, revisions and services beyond the package are separate unless your written engagement agreement expressly includes them. Case acceptance and the final scope are confirmed by the firm. Ask about any additional work before authorizing it.
The $950 is the price of this package, not a claim about the total cost of every couple’s completed agreement. A business interest, property in another country, extensive negotiation or a tight wedding timeline may call for a different scope.
A prenup drafted by your lawyer
The questionnaire gathers information; it does not create the agreement on its own. An attorney uses your answers and requests to prepare your draft. Meet Nazli Usaklioglu, a partner attorney at U2U Law.
Bring questions about a home, savings, debts, business ownership, family gifts or future financial plans. Tell the attorney which decisions you and your partner have discussed and which still need attention.
Plan the review and signing separately
Drafting is one stage of the process. Allow time for financial information, each partner’s legal advice, proposed changes and signing requirements. Read the California timing guide before choosing a target signing date.
