• Existing documents: whether you or your partner already has a draft or signed agreement.

You do not need to draft legal clauses before calling. Write your priorities in plain language. Use our financial disclosure checklist to organize records, and wait for the team’s sharing instructions before sending sensitive documents.

What happens after the consultation?

Case acceptance and a signed engagement agreement come first. You then complete the questionnaire and add your requests. Your attorney reviews the information, drafts your agreement and explains the next review and signing steps.

The 15-minute consultation, questionnaire review and personalized drafting are included in the $950 prenup package for one client. The other partner’s lawyer and work outside the agreed scope are separate. Already married? Our postnup package is also $950 for one client.
